Prior joining EPI as Chief Executive Officer, he was the Regional Area Manager (Asia-Pacific) of Riello UPS Manufacturing srl and responsible for the sales and marketing of Italian Riello and AROS brand UPS in Asia-Pacific region for 7 years.

Before Riello UPS Manufacturing srl, he was the Managing Director (Asia-Pacific) with IMV UPS (Asia) Pte Ltd (now is GE UPS) for 5 years & 9 years with an American UPS manufacturer as General Manager (South-East Asia & South-Asia).

Before joining the UPS industry, he worked as Chief Accountant/Financial Controller for AIG and Grand Union Reinsurance Hong Kong for 15 years.

He is a qualified accountant with an accountancy degree from Western Australia and a MBA (Business Law) graduate from Nanyang Technological University. He is a member of Australian Society of CPA.
