Our global head office is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Center Sales Representative and Country Manager in Manila, Philippines reporting to EPI Headquarters in Singapore. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by promoting our globally recognized and unique services within the data center industry.


The Position 

As a Data Center Sales Representative and Country Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in prospecting and cold calling, backed by at least 7-10 years of experience in a sales capacity. This position offers a chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact in a dynamic and evolving industry.


Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential clients within the data center industry through comprehensive market research.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the data center sector.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients to tailor our solutions effectively.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.


Sales Presentations:

  • Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to showcase the value of our training services.
  • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our programs, addressing client-specific requirements.
  • Adapt presentation styles and content to align with various client profiles and industry segments.


Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the sales process.



Achievement of Sales Targets:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Continuously analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of successful experience in B2B sales, with a focus on prospecting and cold calling within the technology sector.
  • Existing network within the industry desired.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with the data centre industry and a keen understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Home based role requires a disciplined and self-motivated person.
