Recertification is an important indicator to data centre professionals and their employers, ensuring that the certification holder has kept up with current trends and technologies in the data centre industry. To keep certifications current, individuals should recertify before the certificate expiry date.
These are the options to recertify your expiring certificates:
- Advancing to the next level of certification (applicable for CDCP/CDCS/CDCE and CTDC/CTIA/CTEA), by attending the next level training and taking the exam.
- Recertify the same level certification* with one of the following options:
- Re-sit the training (ILT or VILT) with 50% discount on the training fee (exam fee is excluded from the discount). ILT is Instructor Led Training held in physical locations in over 130 cities. VILT is Virtual Instructor Led Training held online with a live instructor. Find a schedule (hyperlink to schedule page)
- Do a self-study and sit for the update exam with the Recertification Package. Each Recertification Package is bundled with the latest student e-book(s) and update exam(s). Click here for information on the Recertification Package.
*For certification schemes with multiple levels, a student need to recertify at the highest certification level only.
