Weekly

1. Inspect door open/closure and.
2. Inspect car levelling with floors.
3. Inspect ventilation.
4. Inspect emergency light and normal light.

Monthly

1. Inspect intercom/emergency phone/button connections.
2. Inspect connection to fire panel and ‘bring home’ function.
3. Inspect engine room equipment and panels.

Annually

1. Inspect and calibrate electrical equipment such as pressure gauges, multi-meters, amp-meters.
2. Inspect, clean and adjust elevator/lift parts where required.
3. Lubricate elevator/lift parts and components that control the operation and speed of the elevator/lift.
4. Inspect electrical wiring, control boxes, electrical circuits, and operating controls.
5. Inspect mandatory safety certification.
6. Inspect descending and ascending speed.
