  1. Inspect cleanliness.
  2. Inspect for damage (e.g. upstanding lining, bubbling surface).
  3. Inspect uncovered holes and trip hazards (e.g. pipe/cable entries).

 

Yearly

  1. Inspect for stability and proper sealing.
  2. Inspect for wear and tear.
  3. Inspect grounding.
